Refund policy
We want you to love your Solène bar. If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility. For hygiene reasons, returned items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging.
How to start. Email hello@solenebar.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll send instructions.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong item. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
